Her journey into yoga began as a personal exploration for stress relief, which soon blossomed into a passion for teaching others. Since then, she has cultivated a diverse range of skills and specializes in various styles, ensuring that classes are accessible to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Classes are held in the quiet, light-filled Project Revive studio space, which has been designed to create a serene and inviting atmosphere.
